David H. Stillman


Attorney Stillman has been practicing law since 1989. Prior to founding Stillman & Associates, attorney Stillman has been handling cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has worked for 14 years as litigation counsel for an insurance company and has also tried numerous subrogation cases and matters on behalf of plaintiffs.

His prior experience doing both plaintiff and defense work gives Stillman & Associates the ability to effectively and aggressively deal with attorneys and insurance representatives. Attorney Stillman has tried and resolved numerous cases involving personal injury, auto accidents, premises liability, products liability, subrogation and employment matters.

Caitlin L. Bearce


Attorney Bearce has been practicing law in Massachusetts since 2013. She represents clients in litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, car accident and employment law cases involving discrimination and harassment. She also represents corporate clients in insurance defense and subrogation. Prior to joining Stillman & Associates, Attorney Bearce worked as a litigation associate handling insurance and business-related matters as well as personal injury and product liability cases. Attorney Bearce also has experience in trust, estate, and
business formation.

Attorney Bearce graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2013, where she was a member of the International Law Journal and Boston University Civil Litigation Program. She grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts and currently lives in Hingham with her family.

Suzanne Hayden

Suzanne Hayden handles the administrative duties at Stillman & Associates including speaking with claim representatives at insurance companies and conferring with clients and witnesses in personal injury, car accident and employment matters. She brings her experience working with large and small law firms to Stillman & Associates and lives in the South Shore.
